Terms and conditions:
- Customers must refill an accurate amount.
- The refill-based activation offer is only for GP prepaid and postpaid customers.
- Any amount that is topped up aside from the price of the package will be added to the customer's main account balance
- Only the Internet Package will be activated if the amount stated will be topped up. Different amounts must be topped up for common Flexi loads
- Recharge based activation can only be done via SIM Flexi load. If you top up in another way, the internet package will not be activated.
- Unused internet data will be added to the next data plan, but you will have to buy the same package.
- For Postpaid clients, Due Due Date clients will receive a notification to remove the amount due, and the number of installment triggers will be declined.
- Postpaid customers can buy a minute or internet package through a retailer, they will be added to the scheduled account, but they will not show it on the billing statement.
- Package price includes SD, SC, and VAT.
